Consulting

Heather provides consulting to organizations that want to improve their nonprofit operations and she guides organizations through the start-up process. She utilizes her years of experience managing the day-to-day operations of nonprofits. She helps organizations implement her signature "10 Nonprofit Operations Success Steps" and she enjoys helping organizations put the right operational tools in place to successfully run their organizations.

Some of Heather's previous projects include:
  • Guiding over ten organizations through the start-up phase of creating a board of directors, business planning, applying for 501c3 status and beginning fundraising efforts.

  • Providing short-term administrative, accounting, information technology, human resources, and fundraising consulting to a number of nonprofit organizations.
